Great food
Solid example of the franchise. They seemed to be a little short staffed today, so it took a bit to get seated even though there were plenty of empty tables. However, once we did get a table, things markedly improved. Outback generally offers reliable, but not usually outstanding cooking on the steaks. But I can honestly say that the Bone in ribeye I had tonight is one of the best I've eaten outside my own grill. Nicely marbled, well seasoned and perfectly cooked to temperature. It Was Mother's Day, But The Service Was Disastrous Beyound Understanding... Dine In Turned Into Take Out And Hour After Ordering...
Our food was good and luckily we didnt have a long wait given it's high school graduation week but the manager who handled seating arrangements the evening of 5/19/26 was ridiculous and I did not appreciate his lack of effort to sit our party together.
