Outback Steakhouse has really stepped up their service. They open the door and greet you on your way in and out. The severs are attentive and accurate, serving exactly what we order and how we ordered it including extra dipping sauces. The manager pays a quick visit to check on everything. The food is really good and priced fairly. With so many food establishments closing around Mooresville it is good to see this restaurant providing a noticeable top notch experience all the way around. Good job Outback Steakhouse 👍👍.
We had a fantastic experience at Outback Steakhouse in Mooresville! We ordered the cheese fries, two wedge salads, a steak, and a sweet potato, and everything was absolutely delicious. The food was perfectly prepared, flavorful, and exceeded our expectations. But what truly made this visit exceptional was our server, Claude. He shared that he has been with Outback for nine years, and after experiencing his level of service, it's easy to understand why. An amazing dinner at Outback! My boyfriend and I are visiting from out of town. Claude was an incredible waiter and even sent us home with a cheesecake. He is so good at his job!
If I wanted burnt steak, I would’ve just cooked it myself. Why did I just spend $80 for an entire meal that was burnt my blooming onion burnt, my steak burnt, thank God they didn’t burn my mashed potato’s. I’m sure if they could they would’ve. Worst experience ever at a steakhouse will never come back here.
