We had the sweetest nicest waitdress tonight Pauline. Her pleasant smile and attentiveness was well received and will make me come back. I wanted to make sure I share Pauline's great job . I was talking and let the survey time out. I will be asking for Pauline next go round.
Never saw the waitress. Once take order next drop off the food
Was not cook the way I ordered it
Got two orders took me 15 mins to get my first order. I arrive she tells me 5 to 10 mins., I said ok no problem. 20 mins more goes by she says it's being bagged now, 10 mins later still no order. I asked a manager and he said a few more things have to be added. 5 mins later I walked off. Thanks for wasting 30 mins of my busiest most profitable night. They got 100 workers here and everyone just standing around. Horrible!!!!
