My experience started off great with Eugene as our server. He was attentive and provided good service. Unfortunately, the experience quickly turned sour because of the service at the bar. It took approximately 17 minutes to receive a beer that simply needed to be opened and a refresher that needed to be made. What made the wait even more frustrating was watching the bartender, Jeanette spend that time conversing with people at the bar instead of preparing our drinks.
