Ordered the Victoria's fillet mignon 8oz, was told they were out of the 8oz which I understand happens, what came out was a 6oz sirloin, and I was blatantly told it was a fillet mignon.

There were a total of 7 of my party that arrived here during Dinner time. Unfortunately, we had to squeeze in one booth. The reason for a deduction on the stars was because when I requested for a chair from the worker at the front desk, she looked at me confusingly. I strongly believe she should of remain professional, despite my request plus it wasn't that busy during that time. I left my backpack there and was trying to call for over 20 minutes before the phone was picked up a minute before closing. Before I could say hello, I got a “we’re closed” from whoever picked it up. It would be appreciated if the phone was picked up when it rings rather than ignored just because the staff doesn’t want to bother with people calling late. I understand that last minute phone orders are irritating, but please pickup the phone.
