Waited about 1 minute in parking lot. Was ready within time specified. Two orders of wings.
7 adults, 4 children. 40 minute wait. 50 minutes, they said, they didn't know there were little children who couldn't sit at high top tables... An additional 20 minutes. Hostess service was not good, and it came with attitude. Once we were seated the waitress did a good job. The Coconut Shrimp had twice as much batter as it had shrimp. The Baked Sweet Potato was good. The salad was good. * Order your Dressing on the side.
I hate leaving negative reviews but we are regulars for years even when it was in the old building. I have to say the whole outback experience is GONE!!! We keep coming back cause its the closest one an hoping for better and always let down. FOOD is ALWAYS wrong.... cold.. not seasoned...steaks u ask for med rare u get mid well... My party and I (3 people total) arrived at this Outback location around 8:00 PM. We were seated in a corner directly next to the bathrooms, which was unpleasant and visibly unclean. After being seated, multiple employees walked past us without acknowledgment, and we were not greeted for approximately 10 minutes.
