Food was hot, ready when promised and tasty. Staff double checked for accuracy-excellent customer service.
I loved my experience at Outback! The wings were delicious, the atmosphere was great, and the service was excellent. The manager, Lawrence, checked on us personally and made sure everything was on point. Our waitress was friendly, helpful, and very informative about the menu. Ordered through Uber eats and the food we ordered was missing item and the appetizer of aussie fries were overcooked and only had a few fries. The cost of the appetizer was 16.00 dollars,so was upset about that When I called the restaurant they had me contact Uber eats which I didn't understand since the issue was with them and not Uber eats. The Uber eats driver was great. Never ordering from them ever again. Very disappointing 😞.
Ordered pickup twice both times the steaks that I ordered “rare” were at best medium well. The first time we ordered the steak was cooked way too long but had decent seasoning. This second time it was about 10% rarer but the seasoning was non existent.
