Ordered my steak medium, and it was 90% rare. Also ordered 2 plain baked potatoes and they were served loaded. Had to send them back. Waitress was wonderful and experience was fine otherwise. But getting food correct is the most important service 🥹
4 stars for their wedge salad alone. Service was okay. Got our appetizer and never received utensils. Asked for napkins and waitress came back with cocktail napkins and without utensils. Clueless. Do not get the "tuna" which is a new item. Lacking flavor and very dry. Pork chops were also lacking flavor and were very rubbery.
I door dash them...best steak to door dash on the west side of town. They are committed to customer service. E. E. Is an awesome manager 😎 😃😍
I had posted a review a little over a month ago because we had a bad experience. We went back today and it was so much better! The steaks we ordered were perfectly cooked and everything tasted amazing. Our server was Betsy and she was phenomenal! She gave us refills and everything without us even having to ask. I would go back just to have her as our server! The place looked clean and uncluttered. Knocked it out of the park!
