Took my wife for her birthday had to ask for salt and pepper, and a1 ,I order my steak med got it well done, send it back ,got another one and the waiteress said thé cook said he knew it would come back, why did he send it out then.wife was done eating so I got mine to go. Service was awful, want see us again. I can cook better than there cook.
While waiting for my seat and drinking a beer in the waiting area (6ft away from everyone except my wife), we were asked if we had masks. I said, “No, I don’t have a mask”. How do you drink with a mask on anyway? We were asked to leave. Also, the people waiting across from us (more than 6ft away) were not wearing masks either, but no one said anything to them. We have eaten at many Outback Steakhouses, and this one is hands down the best ever! Our waitress Jessica was phenomenal, and as a former wait staff person I am very particular with high expectations. When I accidentally spilled my drink, our bus boy, waitress, and even the manager jumped in like a Nascar pit crew and had our table spotless in no time. our food was excellent, hot, and fast. we have found our new favorite date night restaurant.
Kitchen was horrible tonight, the female Manager was fantastic by correcting our food issues herself and our server Hannah was very nice. Just need a new kitchen staff!
We were very pleased with our meal and the service at Outback. our waiter was fantastic I think his name was Owen. He was awesome and the food was delicious. Went there for my son's birthday party first time back since Covid 19. — with Sarah Slayton and Vann Bradley Slayton.
The last few times my Ribs have been BURNT BURNT ... TONIGHT WAS UNCALLED FOR... SUPER BURNED RIBS yep I have my proof of purchase...
We have always had great food there! And we love the manager/owner Jason makes sure customers enjoy their food and how it was prepared.
Not only is the food not all that good, customer service stinks!
