Service was slow ,Food was just warm and mixed up, beer wasn’t cold
Ordered a steak medium, what i got was tougher than a shoe made out of leather, no pink whatsoever but dark brown/ dark grey thruought, stiff as a board, when i tried to chew it it crunches and cracks its so over done even over done for a well done steak..also they put cinnamon n sugar on the butter for our bread..idk y but very gross. Told them b4 9 but manager said they dont have enough time to make me what i ordered because they have to prepare other orders for paying customes?? Seriously wtf i am a paying customer. RecommendedDuring our meal tonight as our server was bringing out our meal the tray slipped and our meal fell on the floor. Our server and managers went above and beyond to replace our meal quickly and. It only gave us dessert but also gave us our meal for free which wasn’t necessary. Our service was wonderful before the tray falling but after it was top notch. Thank you!
