All of our salads were hot, our plates were hot, my piña colada was very tasteless, and I asked for a medium well steak and had to send it back and it was still less than medium well. I've never had this kind of problems there before . The manager took off 15% and apologized. Not sure I will be going back there !!!!
Ordered a $70 curbside to go order. Got there and waited a few minutes. Went inside to ask where my order was and they had no idea about the order. Showed them my email confirmation for curbside pickup and they said they never got it. When the order was ready 45 min later they asked me to pay when I had already used my gc to pay for it. Don't order curbside pickup. Manager said sorry...
It was disgusting! Steak came out raw and husbands dry as a bone.

Actually I had a nice meal with my dad, BUT... I misread the combo menu wrong (my mistake). Someone came out and informed me that instead of two items, it was 1 and a side. I didn't have a menu in front of me, but he threw me some options. I went with Ceasar salad, because he suggested salad. In the end, I got charged for an ACTUAL SIDE CEASAR SALAD.
