Very disappointing dinner. The quality and presentation of the food did not meet expectations. - 2 entrees were served with food falling off the plate and the other had food stuck on the bottom of the plate - 14 oz ribeye with at least 5 oz inedible. When it was mentioned to the server she said ribeye is the fattiest steak and that is to be expected - 22 oz ribeye ordered medium rare and it came out extremely rare.
I waited 20 minutes for a waitress, and waited 30 minutes for my meal. Steak was medium not medium well. Shrimp were small. Mac and cheese was great and waitress was great but kitchen was very slow.

Zero service. Even moved seats to the bar and no one waited on us. It was not busy so that’s not an excuse.
It was the worse service ever! After waiting forever for a table. My salad was drowning in dressing, told them I couldn’t eat it & they charged me for it anyway. My pork porter house tasted like someone cooked it in the floor. Thank God I don’t have another gift card for this place because I will never go back again! My Rum Punch even tasted strange!
Our Waitress LouAnn is phenomenal! Food was good! Love the dining reward!
