Sad when you order a simple cheese burger and they mess that up. Well done means NO pink ! Have to send it back and when they bring it back everyone else is done eating !
Unhelpful, unfriendly service (when you could even find your server). Food was totally mediocre. Always nice when the wait staff shows you how irritated they are when you ask for something unreasonable, like forks or napkins or that they take the appetizer/salad dishes so you have some space to eat your dinner. Been coming here for years but, it may be time to spend my money somewhere else.
Awesome atmosphere, above & beyond service even with a smile. Fantastic food. Great family setting & will definately make a return visit.
Always a great meal,Billy and Marvey at the bar are awesome! Getting takeout? Justin will hook you up with extra napkins ect and double checks to make sure everything to go is right . Yes no worries at Outback Norwood!
Both of us were very pleasantly surprised by how good everything was, including the service. Prices were below what we expected too!
This was the worst steak house I have ever been to. The only thing that I can say good was the beer was cold. Everything else sucked . If you want a 2 dollar steak for 29 bucks cold bread frozen butter nasty potatoes limp salad. Poor to service then thus is the place to go. Atherton than that I wouldn't recommend it to no one . Nasty nasty nasty.
