What's going on tonight! We called ahead and made reservations for 7PM. Was told would be about 20 minutes when we arrived at 645PM. It's almost 8PM and we are still waiting. Just overheard another person voicing his opinion for being in the same situation. What's the point of calling ahead?
Our steaks were cooked just the way we ordered them Medium well.
First and last time here. Food not prepared correctly and service very slow. A lot of issues within the organization and not handled properly. They are working on it so I was told.
Commerce Ga. My steak is never cooked enough, my husband’s steak is always over cooked. The waitresses and waiters get frustrated with the cooks every time we come. The last couple times it has taken forever to get our food then it’s wrong. I asked them to get me a whole new plate bc my shrimp and broccoli were swimming in bloody juice from my steak that was supposed to be well done. Only food on the plate hot was the baked potato, no senior discount unless you are a member of AARP. Server told us shrimp with our meal was 3$ when check came it was 6$. Very disappointed and when I spend 50$ on a meal it will be across the street at Longhorn!

It is good but what is the point of doing the call a head sitting if you still have to wait a hour and counting?
Jackie is an awesome manager. always makes sure you are happy with your meal and service.
