Our waitress Laura was amazing... 22 oz steak cooked to perfection... and Ryan is always out & about checking on everyone... Hes a Top Notch manager. "Thanks" for a great break from our week! Oh yeah! The steak samples (while waiting to be seated) were amazing also!
little slower than usual expecially since we sat at the bar but it is Christmas! no complantes
Great service! Food is always good, but somewhat spicy.
both mine and my wifes steak was wrong hers was welldone looked like med rare mine was med rare so tough couldnt eat it. they took hers back and it looked like they put it in the microwave. itwas so tough she couldnt eat it . my mashed potatoes were hard and dry. the waitress was awful will not ever return
We went there tonight for our child’s birthday and my husband’s birthday and we had a wonderful time we had a great waitress and staff and thank you very much
Service was not very good. Food was not cooked right but by the time we got it I just wanted to eat and go. Payed over $30 for my meal and It looked pathetic
We’ve dined here several times and weren’t happy with the service those times-in fact once previously, we left after 15 min of no one coming to our table. Tried again today. Bread was delivered after 10 min. Drink order was taken promptly when bread was delivered but it took 15 min to get drinks. Great salad but steaks were overcooked, which was disappointing since that’s their specialty. I think this is our last trip to this Outback. We’ll drive further to get better service.
