Bad experience, what a nasty piece of steak, sent it back and got and a fresh one, no flavor and it was like rubber. Took forever to cut through it. Now I know why I rarely visit an Outback
Went to this location last Sunday and was seated. Waited 20 minutes and none of the wait staff even acknowledged us so we got up to leave. On the way out we told the 4 people at the hottest stand who seemed not very concerned. #Poorservice
Was there last night with family visiting from out of town and I have to say I was very disappointed and embarrassed at the quality of service and food.We ordered a trio appetizer and it took a long time before the manager came out to apologize for the long wait and said the chip were burned. She offered to comp the app but when it finally did come out the order looked like it was just thrown on a plate and was not complete with the dipping sauce for the shrimp. Had reservations there for my Birthday, March 6, 2015. Had to wait anyway. Just the two of us. Ordered Blooming Onion, Prime Rib and Filet with Coconut Shrimp. Blooming Onion was over cooked and saturated with grease. Prime Rib was ordered medium well and seared. Took forever for the food to come. Prime Rib was very rare and not seared. My Filet was much less than 1/2 and inch thick. Sent PR back to be cooked properly. They brought my BF his mashed potatoes to "munch on while he waited for his Prime Rib".
