we called at 230 pm for reservation for 2 people for 530pm we are on time handed a table monitor told us our wait would be 15 mins. instead of 30 mins. when i asked what happen to our reservation we were told they dont take reservations. Outback do your company a big favor and go over all the policies with your staff. I wasted my time trying to get my point across and ended leaving not sure when we will be back such a waste of our sat. eve time togethet outback get your restaurant in order!!

Well to begin our server had a attitude for whatever reason maybe because it was the end of the night and my table was in closing section so whatever , foods ordered apps in etc .. I ask “hey any drinks specials or promos going on” her response is “happy hour has been over for an hour now & walks away” then to top off the night I order the outback burger and fries and they wait till the food is out to tell me we have no ketchup so I will not be returning and I won’t even bother to mention anything about my dry food that sat ... read more
excellent food and staff great atmosphere
We went yesterday. There was an issue with our order not going in. The manager was amazing, we all got free dessert, but no adjustment of bill. However, we got $20 in desserts (3) and were happy. Also got aarp discount.
I was in the Outback in Middletown, NY. The food was good. The atmosphere was very noisy. Our waiter was very overwhelmed to find out when we got our check, the reason for him being overwhelmed was, they had a situation in the kitchen where one of the cooking staff members just quit and walked out. Under the curcomstances, the waiter handled himself well and the food was good.

Good food, service, nice atmosphere
The food was excellent! And the young lady waiting our table was very friendly and patient, even took time to take our picture for us! I was visiting from Cleveland Ohio so it was good to experience some good NY hospitality while in town! Great job!!
