Husband & I had lunch, service was good, food was good however as an Australian visiting New York I would have to say its not truly authentic, some dishes & drinks I had never heard of before visiting this restaurant.
Had a great meal surrounded by great staff. Found it very home like comfortable is the word. Do it again next time I am in the City. !!!!
The Chef @ The 23rd st location is amazing I had the steak & lobster the steak well seasoned & cooked to perfection as well as my lobster tail & Zach the server was amazing & very attentive
So it took the staff over half an hour to take our orders, after different members saying they will get someone to help......starters came which were nice, then dinner arrived before we had finished our starters! The chips were too well done and too salty to eat! Then took another 45 minutes to find someone to give us our bill! We did talk to the manager and he refunded us half the bill, just disappointed after travelling over 3500k miles to eat here as there is no outbacks in the UK anymore.
I was there with a fee of my coworkers after work bathrooms were disgusting and our waiter Lino was not very nice. Lino forgot my appetizers and took the wrong orders and took very long to come back with things I asked for. I expected more from a Manhattan location.
Crap service sub part food beer took 10 minutes refill on the sodas never even appeared the waiter seemed clueless
Great food. Go early. Service was excellent.
The wait time wasn't long, the service was very good and the food was delicious. They have a fantastic selection of meatless diahes and the warm bread with whipped butter really hit the spot.
Worst service. Waited over an hour for food. And when i got the food it was not even hot.Waited 25 minutes for my order to be taken. All around horrible experience. Will not be coming back here
