Not only was the service slow but it was awful. It took 10 minutes to get our teas. They had no beer availability on tap. The waitress hardly ever checked to see if we needed anything. When we would ask for something she would disappear for some time. Also, it felt like they had no air conditioning. My husband asked to have bacon included in his hamburger he did not receive that. My mother asked for tartar sauce for her fish and they had run and she had to wait for them to make some. Will never return. Again in my life.

Each time we go the food is good, service is quick and the waiter always has a smile. We are greeted when we walk in and told good day or good night when we leave. Customer service is a big thing for us and some, if not most restaurants don't have that anymore. But this particular OutBack does. Thank you for that!

Immediate seating and on Mother's Day! I had the pecan salad and appetizer portion of the coconut shrimp ~ both were quite yummy and perfect portions. Of course I saved room for all of us to share the Chocolate Thunder dessert. Very nice lunch and experience.
