waitress was less than nice.
We had an excellent visit on July 20th after a long day at Kings Island. Our food was perfect and service was great. During our visit we did not get our blooming onion in a timely manner according to a manager (we did not notice any issue). We were told the first one did not meet standards and they made another. A couple minutes later, the Owner brought our onion to our table and apologized for our wait. He told us we were supposed to have it within 10 minutes after ordering. Great service every time. No complaints ever
Steak was cooked as order. Side salad was great as was the blooming onion. The prices are fair. Our waiter was very attentive to our needs.
well, tried the call ahead seating for a group of 13...630 no problem according to the manager...finally seated by 745ish... manager blamed patrons for "camping," had a great waitress who went above and beyond...manager must have been new, and bartender could not have cared less. I asked for drinks during our wait and he turned around and went back to cleaning the bar with dirty water...food was decent, but did take a while to get it.
