All 3 meals were cold and late, this happened the last time we were at this location, last year, as well. However, the manager was very accommodating, remade the meals and paid for them. The waitress was also very apologetic, but took forever on water and juice for my wife and daughter... I was half done with my beer by the time they got their drinks. I give them two stars because they tried to make it right, but that was not the first time, so definitely not 3. Still, I won't be back.
Our salads were so slow in coming that our entrees came before we finished and mine was not even cold. The steaks we ordered (classic style) were WAY too spicy! I love Outback, but was not happy with the service or the food on this visit!

So, I guess this location is busy enough that they didn't need my $100 order tonight. First the online ordering kicked me off after spending 25 min putting my order in. Told me to contact the restaurant....when I tried to call, I was hung up on. I tried again and no one answered. I was put back thru automation twice. I hung up and decided to give it one more shot...same thing. No one answered the phone. That's 3 strikes, you're out! Next time I'm going to Long Horn for a steak.
Caesar salad, less than diserable. It wa dirty romaine lettuce. Dirty. And an once of dressing. Imo that is a fine dining approach. I'm cool with that approach however. It's Outback. Then the steak arrived.. Cooked to perfection. Yet seriously the sauces were SALT HEAVY. DESTROYED the perfection of cooking the strak to perfection. CONFUSED.
