The worst place ever I will never go back the food was cold and not cooked all the way when they bought it out
Well I guess this is what I get for not looking before we came here, lesson learned. I'll start from beginning the tea tastes like toilet water, ordered a beer and Sprite instead along with blooming onion. 30 minutes later we get the burnt or reheated? blooming onion which is the worst one I've ever eaten. My girlfriend waits another 15 minutes for her almost brown salad that the waitress needed to "go check on," meanwhile I get my 2nd beer that was stale and our food finally comes. Went to Smithfield Outback tonight and had the best Ribeye Steak I have had in a long time. It was Excellent.
I told myself last time we ate as a family that I would not return. Tonight , against my better judgement ..... We decided to patronize your establishment again. After being told " we are clearing a table off & you will be seated , 30 minutes later " we were seated. After 15 minutes of sitting at the table with our 3 kids , NOBODY even so much as spoke to us after the hostess sat us in our booth. 9 different employees passed our table on multiple occasion , including a manager - not even attempting to welcome us , get a drin... read more
Great lunch today! Had to share my server with 4 other tables (in lounge), but he kept up with refills and kept up small talk with regulars. Lunch was very good. Best fish tacos around.
Undoubtedly the worst experience I have ever had at an Outback. Slow, inattentive service followed by poorly cooked food. I do not see returning to this particular Outback.
