Waited 20 minutes for food to come out only to find out waitress had forgot to enter one of our meals into computer to be ordered. got to watch rest of family finish their meal before mine came out after an additional 20 minutes. Son ordered broccoli and cheese as a side with his meal and it did not arrive to table until the forgotten meal arrived to table. Not a very enjoyable experience by any means. Don’t bother with delivery on the weekends, appetizer was cold and soggy, steak wasn’t cooked long enough, fries were cold, chicken tenders were cold, we spent a lot of money to end up eating a side of Mac and cheese, and a baked potato essentially. This was very disappointing considering it was supposed to be an in home date night, and we live maybe ten minutes from this location.
I havnt been to an outback in years, I now remember why. Its hard to pay their prices and still leave the restaurant hungry.
RecommendedWe went at a very busy time( Saturday night). We waited about 30 minutes for a table, but it was well worth the wait. Our waitress was AWESOME and PROFESSIONAL 😊😊. Thank you Angela😍😍😍😍😘😘😘😘We will see you soon
Delicious Food And Awesome Service.
We live near Smithfield Outback Steakhouses. We go often on Sunday's, I've had the steak & lobster 2 times & it was delicious, I've had a ribeye steak it's been delicious and everything that goes with a steak dinner has been great. The place is clean the waitress are very acomadating and friendly. We have enjoyed everyone of our visits so far and we will be going again soon. My husband especially enjoys Outback Steakhouses as well. 😁
