I would give less then a 1 star if it was offered. The service is awful including the smart mouth managers. I had a special day ruined by this place. This was my first and last time eating there. Also if you have more than 6 in your party good luck manager said the can not accommodate more than that.
Entrée was amazing! ! Blooming onion on the other hand wasn't done all the way, barely breaded, literally falling apart before we even touched it. being known for a particular item....you should nail it--every time. Our waitress was good..just took out entire meal to clear our table of the onion n fresh bread plates.
Horrible service. Wrote a complaint almost 2 wks ago and still have not heard a word.
Well, this place is going downhill. Got my steak wrong again! This is like the 4th time in a row. I won't be coming back again. Sorry, you just lost a customer!
Insubordinate staff here including poor management. Since when is it appropriate for a waiter to disrespect the customer to other staff? This location in Rockford should be out of business. The management effort was poor and the waiter should find a job that does not involve other people.....pipe fitting in Alaska might be an option or perhaps wearing a muzzle at work would help him.
This place rocked! They made our last night of our honeymoon fantastic. Not only was the food great, but our server Iveta was even better. Loved our dinner.
