The waitress service was very poor. Took too long to bring beer, wife’s drink came first. Asked for extra butter, never got it. My steak and lobster was very good. Wife’s medallions were ok but broccoli was cold. Have $5 off coupon, did not apply it to bill. Asked for take home box. Had to be reminded two times before we got it.
I went for dinner tonight with my husband and waited an hour for our food and mine came out wrong. Our waitress (christy)never came to check on us and when my husband finally waived her down she came over and I told her my salad was wrong. She offered to make me another one. I declined after waiting for an hour I was ready to go- I told her to bring the check and I was ready to go. It took her 10 minutes to bring us our check. I never had such bad service in my life. Took my BF out for a date night and this was the view... Completely DISAPPOINTED and DISGUSTED... Spoke to management and they said an employee “fixed” the toilet himself.. The entire night staff was starring at us it was completely uncomfortable.. $70 meal NOT WORTH IT!!
