Absolutely awful. Twice in a row. First time the manager apologized and gave us a $20 gift card to return. (Only reason we're back) This time we were offered a free dessert which we don't want, would have been nice to take something off the check. Steaks are wayyy over cooked. Service is horrendous. Never again.
Food ,quality,price and service were very good. Celebrated a birthday all were pleased.Will return again.

We attended an event for Connecticut Children's Medical Center last night at the Outback Steakhouse. They were jammed pack and insanely busy. But every single server had a smile on their face each and every one of them were kind and attentive. With a crowd that large at times it is difficult to keep up with supply and demand. Each food item that came out was hot and fresh. I am extremely impressed at the level of professionalism that the staff had last night. Great Job Outback :)
