I typically do not have an issue with this location. Service is always great.. Except today. Our server is very slow, but the worst part was the attitude. Last week, I ate at the Orange Park location & ordered the Steakhouse Quesadilla without the Chipotle spread. I tried to order it like that here today, but was told that the kitchen will not do that because they preset up the quesadilla's.. Who does that? Seems pretty silly in my opinion. Not sure if we will venture back to this location. Happy Mother's Day to me...
We avoid the 1 hour plus wait by going to the bar, then to a table for 2 then order drinks and then jumped into a empty booth, gotta love that,all under 4 minutes, me and my love had gr8. First call service and tipped very well. Outback for Valentine's plus her birthday was excellent. We Will be back.
TGIF Celebration at Regency Outback. Always LUV the Bloomin'Onion. Food and Staff were simply AWESOME! Our waiter, Aaron, was very attentive and knowledgeable. Ask for Aaron when you stop in for great service. Thanks Aaron for the Hospitality
The quality has gone downhill.... Went in with my fiancée and was offered to "seat ourselves if we like" .. Our server was very inattentive and did not pay attention to detail...... Brought us our drinks, spilled some of it LOOKED AT IT and walked away... We asked him to clean it up and he took a dirty rag and just smudged it everywhere. . We had to basically clean it ourselves. ... had to ask for silverware and napkins.... im disappointed but hey its 2015... Quality service isnt important anymore i guess.....
I love this place because it has good food and great prices.The steak has,a hood taste
