Ordered on the 22nd December, absolute peak holiday period and was sitting on my porch on the 24th, in a rural town in the middle of nowhere eight hours away from the factory. It's a bloody Christmas miracle, six stars for outback clotheslines
EDIT: We've now had our clothesline 1.5 years and I still love it and it's just like new, not a single issue at all. We have now had our clothesline for 2 months and I love it. So much stronger and sturdier than our previous one (purchased from leading hardware chain). I especially love the extra mini bit that sits below. Excellent service from a local manufacturer and an excellent product. Well done Outback.
Customer service was really nice. Really helpful in picking a product and colour. My only issue is that the online instructions called for a 60mm deep hole in the wall for my wall mounted line. But the studs supplied were 100mm. So I had to ignore the instructions to make sure that the studs fit. So a little update to the instructions maybe? But the line is really good quality for a Perth summer.
