We took our Grand Caravan to Outback 4x4 for a significant repair and inspection. Lance was a huge help. He gave us a quote on what the repair would be (best and worst case scenario) before I made the appointment, called me to explain what they needed to repair and made recommendations before they did any work, and got the repair done more quickly than we expected.
