Singapore Slings are the best!!
I forgot how good this place is! It was a beautiful day today, so I wanted to be near the water. I feasted on succulent oysters, spareribs, and shrimp noodles, all cooked perfectly (if applicable). Every time I was not concentrating on my plate, an attentive bartender was there to cater to my needs, and the timing of the meal was perfection. I wish that I could give an extra star for the petillant by the glass...I've never seen it on a menu before, and it's one of my favorite wine styles.
Slanted Door is always consistent with its excellent service and culinary options. This is a great restaurant if you want to impress a friend, colleague or just relax. Not only am I a food snob, but a Vietnamese selective eater, and the Door has the best Vietnamese food hands down!
