I have been twice and have never been disappointed. The food is very good and we have always had great service. Their "rush" time may seem overwhelming if you are not used to it but the crowd thins fairly quickly leaving you with amazing views of the bridge, boats and water. I highly recommend it.
It's way over priced though! You're paying for the ambiance and location.

Sat at the bar with the most amazing bartender. It was fascinating watching her make drinks. The food was fantastic, the place has a great vibe, and it's surrounded by incredible shops. We'll definitely be back.
As always the food was excellent, service top notch. My only complaint is the restaurant does not serve a Pinot Grigio nor a Chardonnay wine. I tasted the only white selection and was not plead. I settled for an IPA...
