I brought my mother here for her 65th Birthday. We had to wait an hour to get our table. It took another 20 minutes before our waiter appeared. We felt like our waiter could care less about our experience, he kept on cutting us off, and we felt like he could not take the time to answer our questions. The food was alright but very expensive. My advice is to dine elsewhere, we would never choose this rude place again.
Overpriced. Terrible Service. The waiter made a mistake when inputting our credit card charge, canceled it, but there is still a hold on his mistake charge. WOW, they already gouge you, they treat you poorly and then put a hold for almost $300 because the waiter made a mistake inputting the correct amount of the bill. Be sure to check your BANK STATEMENT the day after you eat at this place.
I love this place. I eat there every time I’m in San Fransisco. Great view, service and of course food.
I had one of the best dining experiences for lunch in SF in a very long time. Our waiter named Gray was the best waiter, very friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. The food was amazing, I enjoyed every bite. Next time I stop in for lunch I will ask for Gray to be our server, good service really is something I enjoy when eating out...it made my dining experience with my friend so fabulous! I hadn't been back in 6 years and will NOT be letting that happen again ! I'm ready to go back immediately; dinner was amazing, just super delicious and the service, top-notch. I had a wonderful time eating that delicious food while looking at the beautiful Bay and the lighhrs on the bridge. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Shaking beef is still wonderful, and the cellophane noodles with crab indescribably delicious !
What a great place. Wendy, our server went above and beyond. The desserts were spectacular. Cranberry Pavlova.
A stellar evening all around. The spareribs and pork belly appetizers were standouts. Also enjoyed the shaken beef, bok choy w/mushrooms, and clay pot chicken. Service was spot-on. Lovely setting and we were treated to a crystal clear night with dramatic views of the Bay Bridge.
Not my first time here but I am quite disappointed with the service. It was beyond slow. Food was still good but somehow not the same as it used to be. I am a bit embarrassed as I brought out of town visitors. Most likely will not be back.
We loved our server Wendy! She took us through our dinner from A to Z. We never felt rushed she popped in at the right time throughout the evening. We had the imperial rolls, pork belly and chive dumpling. Drinks were well crafted and special. Can’t wait to return.
