I was recommended this place by a friend who had good experiences. However, i did not. I went in a couple times inquiring about shirts, hats and hoodies. The salesman that helped assured he would follow up with prices, to which he didnt. I had to reach out to 3 weeks later to get a response. We had back and forth emails, sent drawings/files and apparel chosen. But still never gave me a price. I got fed up and stopped pursuing and went with another company. Maybe i wasnt taken seriously. My office ordered a few promotional items recently from OOTB. Christina was very professional to work with - with so many items and options to choose from, her helpful advice was great in narrowing down to what I wanted. She handled an issue I had quickly and without any back and forth, and had it resolved in a few days.
