The showroom is not bad but the guy who talked to us was nor engaged once we told him that we were looking for a future build.
Very disappointed. Our builder uses Out N About and therefore we had to use them for countertops and flooring. We met with Darren to do all of our picks, he was great. Not long after we moved in we had to replace some carpet and again Darren was very fast to respond and schedule us. Unfortunately after Darren left the customer service went downhill. 2 years after living here we had several areas of carpet that needed stretched. We called Out N About to see if they could help.
