This was my first time going to Volvo, Frederick for routine maintenance and I must say it was a very pleasant experience; not words I'm used to saying about dealership service departments! Ray, the service manager was helpful, extremely nice and very honest with the issues of my car. He was very thorough in explaining what was needed to be done and didn't try to "sell" me unnecessary procedures.
