Your service department is useless and incompetent. How did you miss that my transmission fluid needed to be replaced? The service agent at the Honda dealership in Vegas couldn’t believe you missed that...because if the transmission goes (the most important and most expensive component) then the car is useless.
Great Service Writers, Parts staff, Cashiers and Valets! So friendly and helpful! So nice that they have an upstairs room for customers that want to read and have less noise. The lounge area next to the show room is a pleasant area for chatting, FaceTiming and vegging while waiting a car. Shout out to Brendan and David in Service who made me feel comfortable today! I💕OH-B!
Bad customer service, sales lack of vehicle knowledge, and not willing to negotiate. I can tell from the sales groups are joking around and not really in a working environment.

While everyone who worked there was very nice and I had a coupon for a free oil change it was 5 HOURS of waiting to run a simple diagnostic and change the oil and one spark plug 🙄 That’s a ridiculous time frame - even with no appointment JiffyLube or PEPBoys would be less than 1/2 the time.
Jose Amaya is an outstanding salesman. He made me feel comfortable from day one and even helped me figure out some of the car features two months after I bought it. A gentleman that knows his business. I would absolutely recommend him if you want to buy a car at Ourisman Honda Bethesda!
