Took my minivan in at 9:30am to have TPMS reviewed. Car was ready 6 hours later (!!!) but they didn't fix TPMS problem. They fixed another $904 problem they say they found. Didn't bother to tell me that they weren't fixing TPMS. Manager Al Sameteh says "Sorry, my employer made a mistake and forgot to fix the problem you came here to fix. But we can see you tomorrow." TERRIBLE customer service. I also had them give me an estimate for body work ($3851) but I'm TAKING MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.
I own 2 Hondas: a Civic and an Accord. I have taken my cars to Ourisman Honda for various service issues and have been generally happy with their service: courteous, quick, and communicative. I would have likely bought my next car there. However, I am disappointed at their decision to expand along the Capital Crescent Trail, leaving essentially no buffer zone for bikes and pedestrians at the entrance to the most widely used trail in the community. Apart from the fact that I didn't appreciate their "hard sell" approach when I took my Honda to them (and that I was able to buy a CRV from a different Honda dealer for $1,000 less than their price), I'm really upset at what they're doing to the Capital Crescent trail used by so many of their neighbors. I am very disappointed in Ourisman Honda's behavior as part of the Bethesda community. They have just encroached on our beloved trail next to it and it looks like hell. We will NEVER consider buying a car there!
Rarely do these shoutouts on Facebook, but if you live in/around DC and need service on your Honda, I can't say better things about Ourisman Honda in Bethesda! Their service department only needed 5 hours to fix a problem that took 3 days at another service department. Al, my service advisor, made sure to call me every step of the way so I knew the status of my CR-V, and even went to the trouble of double-checking my warranty to fix a part, which saved me over $300! Highly recommend.

Ourisman has no respect for their community. Instead of leaving a few feet of shoulder for the widely used Capital Crescent Trail, they built right up to the edge of to gain a few square feet of space for their business. Now they claim it's too expensive to take down? They want to make it our problem. Their reputation will suffer for this. Their clients are their neighbors too.
