Bought a 2022 Ford Escape at Ourisman Ford on Thursday (5/7/26) from salesman Najem Mafton. Did a good job. Very pleasant and polite. Walked me through the process very smoothly. Talked about his and the dealership's philosophy of doing right by the customer. Provided me with a CarFax report that said the car had been thoroughly checked and passed every inspection point, including brakes. If I could give negative stars, I would. I dropped my 2013 Nissan Altima off for a safety inspection on a Monday night. Tuesday morning I received a call that a transporter had hit my car and they had sent it over to a body shop to fix the front bumper. I asked about a loaner as this is my only car and was told they did not have any available. The worst service department I have ever seen. Marco had them install an engine oil additive into my engine without approval. In my situation they used an additive that was not approved by Ford so I had to get the oil changed again to get that crap out of my engine. If they did something similar to you, contact Ford Motor Company customer service and let them know. If enough people complain to Ford, things will get better.
