If I could give negative stars, I would. I dropped my 2013 Nissan Altima off for a safety inspection on a Monday night. Tuesday morning I received a call that a transporter had hit my car and they had sent it over to a body shop to fix the front bumper. The worst service department I have ever seen. Marco had them install an engine oil additive into my engine without approval. In my situation they used an additive that was not approved by Ford so I had to get the oil changed again to get that crap out of my engine. If they did something similar to you, contact Ford Motor Company customer service and let them know. If enough people complain to Ford, things will get better.
