I came on 11/1225 for TPWS malfunction. Admittedly, I came in close to 6PM that day not realizing their technicians are off at 5PM. At that point, the service managers are rushing to get home and accommodate incoming customers because there is like 2 of them remaining after 5PM - which is difficult on them as well. My case was eventually assigned to Farvez Chowdhury - who is nice. My main issue was how the service manager was not very forthcoming regarding servicing. Lots of little things to fix that basically escalated at $2300 service. You get a video from the inspection on the car to point out the issue. It is a quick video and the technician mumbled, so I had to listen twice to figure out what he was saying. I appreciate the transparency so you do not feel you get screwed. The good part I did not to wait and got a loaner car for free. So I could go to work. Good service overall. This is my first time here Let's see how it goes in the next schedule.
This place is a scam. I came in for a oil change (part of my package) and was told i ran out and that what i want is over 400$now . I said i don't know about that how much a oil change. *Patrick Cadima (Assistant Service Manager) said its 70$ for just a oil change. I agreed to that and left. They called me saying it's ready! I’m writing this review out of complete frustration and disappointment. I dropped off my Toyota Highlander at Toyota Ourisman Chantilly for a tire replacement. The car stayed with them over the weekend, and when I picked it up on Monday, October 6, I was shocked to find a large crack across my front windshield.
