Terrible experience at this service center. It’s unbelievable that this is the same place I purchased my brand-new vehicle from. It seems like once the sale is done, they stop pretending to care. Every step—scheduling, interacting with the advisor, dealing with the call center—was painful and frustrating. I had an appointment at the Toyota Ourisman Service Center at 12:45 PM for my 2025 grand highlander, but when I arrived, I was told the wait time would still be 2 to 3 hours, even with the appointment. I ended up leaving disappointed because it really defeats the purpose of scheduling an appointment if the wait time is that long.
Today was an extremely disappointing experience at this branch. I interacted with a man named Ali Alkadi, an Arab gentleman, while attempting to purchase a Toyota Crown. After reviewing my credit history and exploring trading options for my vehicle, I requested some time to consider my decision. However, he pressured me to finalize the deal immediately, questioning why I was wasting his time. His behavior became rude and unprofessional.
