Ourisman just lost a 2 car, 11 tear customer. Will never do business with them again
I got my window regulators fixed here under warranty. Everything was so smooth. They explain every step, keep communicating thru the process and work clean. I also get my oils changed here. Overall I think everything was transparent and well done. I recommend this place
Took my new 2025 Kia Sorento Hybrid in for an issue with the transmission under full warranty. After they couldn't figure out the issue they tried telling me it was "Bad Gas" from Costco and they see this "often" with people who get gas from there...and that I should only get gas from Mobile/Shell because they are "Top-Tier" gas stations. Well Costco IS a Top-Tier gas station! Of course "putting bad gas" in your brand new vehicle isn't covered under warranty...so they told me they recommended a $350 fuel system flush.
