I had a nail in one of my tires and to be honest, I’m clueless when it comes to tires. Tom discussed options and made recommendations based on my concerns and budget. I had a really frustrating experience with Chantilly Kia Service, specifically with an associate named Tom. I called Chantilly Kia in the morning about a bubble in my tire. At first, the staff on the phone was polite, but they told me they couldn’t find any tire coverage for my car. Since I was confused, I called Alexandria Kia (where I bought the car), and they confirmed that I do have tire and wheel coverage. I arrived ten minutes early for my online appointment at 11:30am, which I scheduled due to a recent recall and a TPMS warning light, but they told me they had no record of my reservation. They said it would take about two and a half hours if I left the car there, so I told them I would be back after lunch in two hours and left. When I returned around 1:30pm, they hadn't even started and told me to wait until 4:30pm.
