Professional and prompt with patient care!
They rarely answer the phone during business hours, their voicemail is full so no one is able to leave a message. One of their nurses forgot to send LabCorp the proper test for my results, so I was unable to find out what treatment I needed or what I was sick with (they didn’t forget to bill me for the visit though!). This location needs a lot of work. I never got the help I needed to rectify an issue that they did during my appointment, nor get the proper treatment. Go somewhere else and save your money, health and time.
The Employees were very polite and professional. My doctor Courtney was super sweet,gentle professional, informative, and most of all she listen to what I had to say. 👍Great job guys Thank you Desiree and Brooklyn! Super sweet ladies!
