This office has the worst follow through of any doctors office I have ever been to. Three times in the last month they have cancelled or altered my appointments. They have taken over a month to fill out prior authorization paper work and they never do what they say they are going to do without numerous follow ups and phone calls and emails. Good luck if you choose to be seen here.

It’s not the staffs fault, the staff seemed reasonable, but they gave me and issue about not wanting to get my blood taken and only doing a partial test. They said it had something to do with the country’s rules but either way, Marathon is a cog in Americas broken health care system.
Dr. Culpepper is such a wonderful doctor. So kind! Nurse Dee did the best vaccination and blood work I have ever had! 10/10
Marathon Health is poorly run at present in Charlotte. It's a shame too because the place has sooooooooooo much potential. At present, I would much rather go to another provider where I have to pay rather than go to Marathon Health where the service is actually free for me as a Government employee. That should sum up how disappointing Marathon Health has become. It's really sad and that poorly run.
