Be sure to carefully read the cancellation policy on the website. I had a room for 10/12/19 and fractured my ankle on 10/07/19. I asked for a refund and provided them with the doctor visit encounter file as proof, but was told they have a no refund policy. They offered to refund my money if they "sold" the room for that night but they did not. Offered me a one year credit for the room if I come back, but quite honestly I had no desire to stay at a hotel that does not do compassionate cancellations. Must be terrible to need t... read more

Very nice, right downtown. Lots of fun.
Enjoyed our stay! Friendly staff and clean rooms. Bed was comfy and simple breakfast was perfect.

Fabulous place! Beautiful, comfortable and clean rooms. We are staying in room #8 with a great view on main street and we love it! It is next door to Ouray Brewery and in walking distance to a bunch of fabulous restaurants including Bon Ton. Madison at the front desk is friendly, informative and professional. We will be back!
