I have always been please with the service at this urgent care. As soon as I'm done with the paperwork, I get called back and taken care of quickly. Of course, the more people there, the longer it takes, but I have never waited longer than 45 minutes from start to end. Staff is very friendly, and know what they are talking about. I would recommend them to anyone.
