I had an appointment for a massage at 10:00 am, received a text confirmation the day before with instructions to arrive 15 minutes early. I arrived at 9:45 and waited until 10:15 which was 30 minutes, the receptionist told me the masseuse was running late and needs to reschedule. Obviously, I do not want to reschedule. I have attempted to contact several times for a refund with no response. It has now been almost 3 weeks

The whole place smells like cigarettes so unless that soothes you, I would NOT recommend!

I’ve been going to Our Secret Place Med Spa and really enjoy their treatments — especially the moxibustion! I know it’s not for everyone, but personally, I find it super relaxing and effective. The staff are kind, professional, and take the time to explain everything so you feel comfortable.

Visited several months ago and had a good fotona lip treatment, but tried calling to make another appt and it says the number is now disconnected??

Took my mom to Our Secret Place Med Spa in Irvine for her first Fotona4D® laser treatment. Here’s our experience: We focused on her eye area and forehead. She was nervous at first, but the RN made her feel so comfortable throughout. Minimal discomfort, no downtime, and she left feeling more confident and refreshed. The RN applied SPF and moisturizer right after and gave her simple aftercare tips. Subtle results, natural lift, and we’re already planning session two.
