Took my mom to Our Secret Place Med Spa in Irvine for her first Fotona4D® laser treatment. Here’s our experience: We focused on her eye area and forehead. She was nervous at first, but the RN made her feel so comfortable throughout. Minimal discomfort, no downtime, and she left feeling more confident and refreshed. Sadly disappointed. Had to make my appointment a week out and they didn’t even write my appointment down so when I showed up she looked clueless. I called them three times on the way there to confirm and no one answered. I should have taken that as a sign. Thank you for the waste of time and gas
