RecommendedThe Smith boys needed big breakfast after Burleson strength & conditioning this morning. Our Place met the need. Large portions of eggs, bacon, sausage, hash browns, & biscuits. Very good & the price is right. Our Place never disappoints. Thanks!!
08/09/2020 decided to come in for a late breakfast. We were put on waitlist which was very reasonable amount of time. We ordered a CFS breakfast with pancakes. Our order came out fairly quickly. The CFS was tough and I mean tough. I have been here many times recently so I know what it should be like. I didn’t eat my half. Just ate the rest of my meal. Hi Abby. I talked to my manager, who is my son. I am sorry you did not like the chicken fried steak today, it is easily one of our best sellers. I think you may have misinterpreted my sons conversation with your husband. He was asking the questions he asked only to determine where the issue might have been. He was trying to determine if the steak was overcooked, undercooked,if the meat was too thick ect. First time to stop at Out Place. It was worth it. Home cooking at its best. I had chicken and waffles. Waffle melt in your mouth so fresh. yummmmm
Have always loved this restaurant but recently the service has been lacking, last time my family was there a waitress asked has your drink order been taken when we responded no she asked “well what do you want” I was honestly taken aback by the rudeness. The last 3-4 times we have been our orders have been incorrect when they came out and then we made an online order yesterday and 2/3 of the order was absolutely not what we even ordered. Hi Ashley. I just got back from vacation otherwise I would have responded much quicker, I apologize. I have not heard any complaints about my staff being rude, I promise that would not be tolerated. If you could help me in identifying the server that was not friendly, I will do everything in my power to retrain and re focus that employee.
