Presentation of food means everything and it shouldn't matter whether you are ordering for pickup or eating in the restaurant. Each time we call in an order for pickup which is at least once a week, we order the same order exactly, yet the price is always different. The staff should know what is on their own menu so they don't have to say, "what else", "what else"!
