Based on my personal experience, I have serious concerns about how my wife’s hospice admission was handled. My wife, of 22yrs, was diagnosed with GBM and was taken out of county to hospice (unknown reason - Hennipen to Ramsey). A CTI was signed based on the GBM diagnosis and an assumption of less than six months to live. Our Lady of Peace is a remarkable, remarkable organization. From the admin staff to the medical staff, to the receptionist, there's incredible warmth, alertness, a relaxed sense of how to just be with people, and a deep grace.
