Im glad I received the services needed but the nurses are so rude. Im very disappointed in my stay because from the ER to the surgery floor, absolutely no empathy, compassion, or bed side manners. I was greeted with more attitude than welcome. After surgery they were ready to discharge me immediately until the nurse realized the dr never prescribed pain meds. Had a CT Scan appt at 12:30PM…was called back 12:20 and was walking to my car leaving at 12:45! The registration desk was quick and friendly (I had pre-registered), but had to sign one more doc. The CT techs were super friendly, helpful and professional. I always choose OLOL, Moncus building, for imaging. Breast imaging at OLOL BREAST IMAGING ON kaliste Saloom. Always helpful, trustworthy and professional.
