The care is great - but their billing? FORGET IT! I was on a payment plan, accidentally missed a payment - made two payments the next month to make up for it (was told by their staff to "ignore any notices that came that they couldn't do anything about it) and now I've been turned over to a collection agency! Never let Dr.Chadwick put a hand on you!!! Everything she told me b4 & after the my surgery has All been lied. I was told I was having laparoscopic surgery to repair 2 hernias and only have about an inch long cut when I woke up I was cut from the top of my groin to the top of my hips, 7 1/2 inches!! I was also told I could go back to work in 2 mouths, it took that long b4 I could even stand up straight, I would be back to normal in 6, it's been 9, and hurt more & more often than ever did b4. Not sure if it's because of the holidays or not, but the lackluster treatment my father has received is shameful. I walked in this morning and his IV tube had been removed and was laying on the floor nextto the bed (not even hanging up), with a puddle around it. Before I jumped to assumptions, I asked my Dad about it and he said they had removed it sometime in the night last night because it kept beeping and the night nurses had to keep coming in.
