This is the plattsburgh home bistro. Just went forvthe first time heard so much about it. We get there it's maybe half full the owner says it will be 45 min wait, I said there's tables open oh we have big group coming in we don't want to over work the staff. What kind of business you running not a good one. We said we will sit at the bar no you can't be the same thing. I don't care how good your mac and cheese is wait for 45 min when your not half full I'll see you.

Our House is my new favorite restaurant in Plattsburgh! I had the extra cheesy mac ~n~ cheese and it was to die for! I'm hoping to try every single one of your mac~n~cheese dishes :) I think it would be great to offer a sampler plate with perhaps several different small serving samples of a variety of mac~n~ cheese dishes. My ONLY request would be that you add a gluten free mac~n~cheese option to your menu as well :) The service was just as outstanding as the food!
Had the nachos with chicken and they were very good.
Not bad for the first day. Long wait because of some computer problems. Food was pretty good, beer was great. A little pricey for mostly noodles and cheese and a whole lot of cholesterol!!

Thanks for coming in. We run about a 35% food cost which is on the high end for a restaurant. Wish I could be cheaper. Hope to so back soon
